ENG: Back in March I held a 21 day Mindset challenge to create more focus in my days and also to shift my perception. Every day had its own word, and I would post an image based on that word. It was subjective how one interpreted the words, and I was very surprised by the many personal and honest stories people shared with me and others. Using the #fabWMN tag it was easy catching up with the stories every day, there were more than 30 people joining in, which I think was a great result considering it was the first time I organized such a movement.
You cans till do it if you are interested, there is no deadline, nor strings attached. You do not even have to be consistent, just do the days, words that resonate with you. In case you’d like to, you can catch up with all the posts shared so far, just search #fabWMN.
I’ve found this challenge to be mind opening – it made me to think outside of the box, keeping my focus on and exploring possibilities throughout my days. HU: Marciusban tartottam egy 21 napos kihivast az Instagramon. Annak ellenere, hogy eloszor szerveztem ehhez hasonlo megmozdulast, tobb, mint harmincan csatlakoztak hozzam a #fabWMN teget hasznalva. Minden napnak volt egy adott szava, ami alapjan posztoltunk egy kepet az Instagram profilunkra. Az, hogy ki hogyan ertelmezte a szavakat, teljesen szubjektiv volt, erdekes volt latni a sok kulonbozo tortenetet ugyanazon szora, illetve engem teljesen meghatott a rengeteg oszinte poszt, hogy ennyien megtiszteltek bizalmukkal.
Ha erdekel, meg mindig megcsinalhatod a kihivast, igazabol nincs idobeli megkotes, kinek mikor esik jol. Nem is kell minden napot abszolvalni, az is jo, ha csak azokon a napokon posztolsz, amikor az adott szo epp megerint valamiert. Ha pedig az eddigi torteneteket, kepeket szeretned latni, akkor cask keress ra a #fabWMN tegre Instan es maris elojonnek a teghez tartozo kepek.
Nekem nagyon sokat adott ez a kihivas – segitett jobban osszpontositani, tagitani a gondolkodasmodomat, maskepp latni dolgokat, elrugaszkodni a mokuskerektol, a megszokastol. Nagyszeru modja ez uj szokasok kialakitasanak is, illetve a beidegzodesekre is pozitiv hatassal van. Orulnek neki, ha te is csatlakoznal hozzank, kivancsian varom az ujabb es ujabb posztokat – hasznald a #fabWMN teget!
