EASTER WALK IN LONDON

ENG: Not being a fan of Easter at all I haven’t done anything special for the season. No egg painting, hunting, decorating, not even cake baking. Instead of we went for a nice walk around Crouch End on Saturday – first aim was the sea, but the weather was so freezing, that we ended up in the closest neighborhood with some charm.

The last time I was there, my friend Victoria introduced me to this cute little designer shop, Indish, and ever since I wanted to show it to Tom. So, first we headed there, just browsing around amongst stylish pottery, lights and accessories. The lady at the counter was kind enough to grand me some photography permission, so I made some quick snaps of my favorites. If you are around the area, this shop is a “must-see”. You will find some big names such as Kartell, Flos, Lee Broom, plus you can have a look at the marvelous Arco light best known from James Bond.

Another fantastic place to visit at Crouch End is the Coffee Cake restaurant and bakery, which offers a delicious variety of home made food and cakes. Not only it is a good place to fill your tummy, but it also has a very stylish interior with exposed brick walls and vintage furniture. All the stuff is very nice and chatty, it’s like being a part of a big family lunch.

Szombaton pedig elmentunk egy kicsit setalni – az elsodleges cel a tengerpart volt, de verfagyaszto hideg leven csak a szomszedos negyedig mereszkedtunk, Crouch End-be. Szeretettel ajanlom mindenkinek ezt a varosreszt, foleg, ha mar unja a belvaros kotelezo koreit es mar nincs hol uj selfiet csinalnia a Facebookra (nem a selfivel van a gond, hanem azzal, amikor valaki elmegy kirandulni, es selfin keresztul akarja ezt bemutani ugy, hogy csak 2 nagy fej latszik a kepen. Tessek tajkepet csinalni, vagy selfie palcat hasznalni!!!) Aki pedig hozzam jon legkozelebb latogatoba, annak igerem, hogy elviszem ide (is).

Amit meg kell nezni, az az Indish nevezetu kis dizajner bolt nagy nevekkel (Kartell, Flos, Lee Broom), tele stilusos kiegeszitokkel, keramiakkal, es azzal a bizonyos Arco lampaval, amit minden James Bond rajongonak illik ismerni. Aztan, ha megeheztunk a nagy nezelodesben, akkor ajanlom a Coffee Cake ettermet es pekseget, ahol inycsiklandozo gasztro csodak varnak minket stilusos kornyezetben es vintazs butorokkal. Nagyon kedves a kiszolgalas, az egesz olyan elmeny, mintha egy nagy csaladi ebeden lennenk.
