ENG: My photographer friend Angela (www.imagesoflove.co.uk) had asked me recently if I’d style up her model for a test shoot. I’ve never done something like that with a professional – apart from styling the girls into the Fab Woman Project on my blog. I said yes, even though I had no idea at first how to approach the task. She wanted to do it in Crystal Palace park surrounded by the autumn nature. I let the idea sink in for couple of days and work out its natural way into a concept. And then it started to become clear: let’s make an autumn pop queen theme. It is already lots of colours, so the background is set. Why not use colours that literally pop out against the fall scheme!
First I started to think of a mood board so I can show the girls what I had on my mind, then I searched my wardrobe for basic items. To spice it up a little I went shopping and grabbed some pieces to complete the sets. It was actually a lot more easier to shop for the shoot, I was more relaxed than when shopping for myself.
I styled up 6 outfits and then we had a fitting meeting. Our model was Lipsy, a young girl with lots of ambition and charm with the right attitude.
When the day had come it was a beautiful sunny weather – the universe was very generous with us. Not having a make up artist I had to do the make up as well – it is tricky enough to do mine own, but had no choice!
Even though it was a brilliant sunshine it was still so cold that I had to put on some of the cloth I had with me so I didn’t freeze while waiting for the girls at the cafeteria. I had a great time and cannot wait for the result – right now I have some werkphotos for you.

HUN: Egyik fotográfus barátnőm nemrég felkért, hogy stylingoljam egy fotózását. Igazából a blogomon kívül még sosem csináltam ilyet, főleg nem profi fotóssal. Igent mondtam, de fogalmam sem volt, hogy miképp kezdjek hozzá.
A Crystal Palace parkban tervezte Angela a fotózást, őszi természetben egy fiatal modellel. Pár napig hagytam, hadd érlelődjön a gondolat, majd az az ötletem támadt, hogy az eleve színes környezetet megspékelve legyen amolyan Pop díva koncepció.
Készítettem hangulat táblákat, hogy a lányok is lássák mire gondolok, majd elkezdtem összeállítani a szetteket a már meglevő ruháimból. Vettem is 1-2 dolgot, amit majd vissza kell vinnem – még jó, hogy a modell sokkal vékonyabb nálam, így tényleg értelmetlen lenne megtartani a ruhákat. Egyetlen dolgot hagyok csak meg, a lila kalapot! Megvolt a ruhapróba is, Lipsy, a modell abszolút magabiztos a kamera előtt – is.
A fotózás napján hét ágra sütött nap, az univerzum nagyon kegyes volt hozzánk. Ettől függetlenül viszont még mindig hideg volt, kb 6 fok, úgyhogy szép lassan magamra vettem pár ruhadarabot, amíg a lányokra vártam a kávézó teraszán. Sminkesünk nem lévén a make up- t is én csináltam, ami extra kihívás volt számomra. Szuper nap volt, igazán élveztem és kiváncsian várom a képeket. Egyelöre megosztok pár werkfotót veletek.
